Prizes. We will award one (1) prize which consists of a vacation package for the winner and three (3) guests at the Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, FL as described below:
• Four (4) round trip coach airfares between the major gateway airport closest to winner's residence and the Orlando International Airport; provided, however, if the winner resides within 250 miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, air transportation will not be provided to the winner or guests;
• Four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort via Disney’s Magical Express Service; provided, however, if winner resides within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, ground transfers will not be provided.
• Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) nights at a hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort selected by Disney or Sponsor in their sole discretion;
• Four (4) 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option.
• One (1) Disney Gift Card with a value of $500.00 USD;
• One (1) Disney Character Dining experience for four (4) persons; and
• Opportunity for four (4) persons to be among the first guests to experience the Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor on one (1) day.
The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $4,984.52. Actual value of the prize may vary based on factors at time of booking, including, but not limited to, airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, we will not award the difference in cash. Certain restrictions shall apply to the vacation package, which restrictions shall be determined by Disney and Sponsor in their sole discretion. The vacation package (and all elements thereof) are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable except in Disney and Sponsor’s sole discretion. Vacation must be taken between September 1, 2013 and September 1, 2014. Vacation package may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within September 1, 2013 to September 1, 2014, or refunded. Departure date and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. The winner and his/her guests must travel together on the same itinerary. The winner and his/her guests must have and are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary identification and/or travel documents required for travel, including, but not limited to, a valid U.S. driver’s license or government issued passport (if applicable).
Prize will be fulfilled by Sponsor, Disney, or their respective prize provider agencies. If you are selected as a potential winner, Sponsor, Disney, or their respective prize provider agencies will use the information you submit in connection with this Sweepstakes to fulfill the prize. Sponsor and Disney are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged.
All portions of the prize are subject to availability and change and are at Sponsor and Disney’s sole discretion.
The winner will: (a) be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prize that are not specifically mentioned herein, including, but not limited to, taxes, airport transfers, airport departure fees and taxes, additional transportation, hotel room service, service charges, resort fees or taxes, parking fees, laundry service, food, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, tips, gratuities, incidentals, baggage costs, telephone calls, excursions, travel insurance, charges for changing dates and/or reservations, and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by winner in receiving or using the prize; and (b) be required to submit his/her social security number or tax payer ID number to Sponsor in order to claim the prize.
