COOL WHIP Frosting and #Giveaway

It’s the Holiday Season, so that means trying new recipes and taking goodies to  family and friends! As the days get shorter and the nights get longer, it can feel like you barely have time to plan for special occasions, let alone the upcoming holidays.

This year, COOL WHIP wants to help you take a step back from the always on-the-go mom lifestyle and celebrate the little moments in life. Whether you had a good hair day or the kids decided to finally clean their rooms, COOL WHIP Frosting will have you looking for any reason to frost a cake or cupcake and celebrate.

Found in the freezer aisle, COOL WHIP Frosting is whipped to perfection, making it easy to spread while providing a perfectly sweet touch to your baked goodies. As a great alternative to canned frosting, COOL WHIP Frosting comes in three flavors: Chocolate, Vanilla and Cream Cheese.

To help you celebrate those little moments and baking your favorite cakes and cupcakes, COOL WHIP Frosting would like to provide one lucky reader (US only) a  “reasons to celebrate” COOL WHIP Frosting pack. Valued at $100 which includes:
  • 3 Gratuity coupons (so remember to find us in the freezer aisle!)
  • Heart shaped silicone cake mold tray
  • Baking by Flavor - Recipe book by Lisa Yockelson
  • Cath Kidston Cupcake Liners (designs)
  • Stainless Steel Cake Icing Spatula by MIU
  • Cake Stand plus Cover Set
I have  my office party this week, so instead of all the Christmas cookies, I came up with a Chocolate Marshmallow filled cupcakes topped with Chocolate COOL WHIP Frosting and mini marshmallows.

Ingredients:
Chocolate cake mix and ingredients listed on back of box
Jet-Puffed MALLOW Bits Vanilla
(36) Jet-Puffed Miniature 10 oz. Marshmallows
Chocolate COOL WHIP Frosting
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and line cupcake pan with liners.
  2. Follow instructions on cake mix box and prepare mix.
  3. Freeze marshmallows until you are ready for them (they do not melt as fast if frozen).
  4. Fill liners 1/2 way full and gently push three marshmallows in middle.
  5. Spoon batter over marshmallows.
  6. Bake for 18-21 minutes.
  7. Once cooled cover with frosting (I used a pastry gun) and then sprinkle with Jet-Puffed MALLOW Bits Vanilla.
Let me tell you this frosting is amazing!   I have only tried the chocolate so far and in love with it.  It is so yummy!  I can not wait to try the vanilla on eclair cake!  Did you know that this frosting is whipped?  It makes it easier to spread and it won't tear the cake/cupcakes!   It is super easy to use, place in fridge for 4 hours before you plan on using it or an hour on counter.
