Freezer Bacon, Cheese & Egg Breakfast Bagels #Recipe

If you have teens in your house, you know how they can eat!  Why not make them an easy grab and go breakfast that is healthy that they will enjoy! These one-serving breakfast bagels bundles  are sure to be a hit with your family.   Plus the fun part is you can customize them, make sausage instead, add veggies, etc.! 

Ingredients
2 package of bagels
1 package of bacon cooked
12 cheese slices
1 pan of sheet eggs (recipe below)
Aluminum foil

Instructions.
  • Cook one pan of sheet eggs
     
  • Cook one package of bacon and pat off excess grease
     
  • Place one half of the bagel in the center of the aluminum foil.
     
  • Top with an egg patty,  followed by a cheese slice and then your bacon. 
  • Place the other half of the bagel on top.
  • Wrap in aluminum foil and place back in bagel bag and freeze.

Defrost them for about for 20 minutes before you microwave them (sans aluminum foil). Microwave until warmed through.



Sheet Pan Eggs
Ingredients
  • 12 large eggs
  • 2-3 tablespoons water

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Prepare a 12 x 17 sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Whisk the eggs and water together and pour on the sheet pan.
  • Bake for 12 - 15 minutes until eggs are cooked through (no loose liquid) but not too browned.
