The Peanut Butter Falcon follows Zak (Zack Gottsagen), a young man with Down syndrome who runs away from a residential nursing home to fulfill his dream of attending the pro wrestling school of his idol, The Salt Water Redneck (Thomas Haden Church). On the road, Zak meets Tyler (Shia LaBeouf), a small-time outlaw who becomes Zak’s unlikely coach and ally. Together, they set out on a wild, life-changing journey and try to convince Eleanor (Dakota Johnson), a kind nursing-home employee charged with bringing Zak back, to join them.

What an amazing movie! Peanut Butter Falcon is a heart-touching tale what happens when a man with Down syndrome who runs away from a nursing home to follow his dreams.  There are parts of this movie that will make you laugh out loud, cry and more.   It teaches you about following your dreams, unconditional friendship, love and being a good person.  It teaches you when you give a person the chance and opportunity, they can do amazing things.  There is a little violence (fighting) and language, but still a great family movie.   If you are looking for a great  film that will lead to discussions afterward, then this is it!
