Thor inspired cookies #Recipe #Thor #Marvel #MarvelInfinityWar

In the upcoming Marvel's Infinity War;  Iron Man, Thor, the Hulk and the rest of the Avengers unite to battle their most powerful enemy yet -- the evil Thanos.  In honor of the upcoming movie, why not make some Thor inspired cookies!

Ingredients:

Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with a Silpat type mat (optional).
  2. Combine the cake mix, egg whites, vegetable oil and flour mixing well.

  3. Add in several drop of the red food coloring to the cookie dough and mix well. I even used my hands after getting it started.

  4. Use a small cookie scoop to roll the cookie dough into 2" balls and place 2-3" a part on your baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool.

After cookies are cooled:
  1. Place your marshmallows on parchment paper and spray with the Wilton Silver Color Mist. Let them try, flip them and spray the other side.

  2. Once the marshmallows have dried, insert a small pretzel stick into the base so it looks like a large silver hammer.

  3. Add several drops of red gel food coloring to the white frosting mixing well.

  4. If using the frosting tip and piping bag, attach the tip and fill the bag with frosting.
  5. Generously frost each cookie. If not using the bag and frosting tip, simply use a small spatula to generously frost each cookie.

  6. Place one hammer on top of each cookie.
  7. Repeat with all cookies.

*Makes approximately 24 cookies
