My son is 8 1/2, and very much into building and putting things together.   He was adamant that he wanted to put this set together himself as it was only 55 pieces, my husband supervised the entire time.  The instructions were easy to follow and it did not take him long to get the set put together.  It was great the certain pieces were bagged together, it made it easier!

The set includes two astronauts, space shuttle, laser cannon with lasers, and space harness.  Just add batteries and you will have functioning lights  so that astronauts can safely explore in their harness!

This a really well made toy that encourages thoughtful and creative play.
Children can play with this set on its own, or combine with other PLAYMOBIL sets for hours of fun.
