Grilled Chicken and Veggies Pita

  • 2 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
  • Olive Oil
  • Mrs. Dash's Italian Seasoning
  • 1 pack of Pita Pockets
  • Veggies of your choice! We just head to our backyard and pick what we need.  We used cherry tomatoes, zucchini, mushrooms, onions and banana peppers
Place chicken in a container and cover with Italian Seasoning/Olive Oil.  Let soak for a minimum of 2 hours, but I usually place it in the morning prior to work and then the chicken will be nice and juicy! I slice the zucchini and onions only, I leave the rest of the veggies whole. Place veggies in a bowl or baggie and cover with Italian Seasoning/Olive Oil as well.   If you have kids, then you may wish to place onions and veggies separate.

Cook on grill and then serve and stuff your pita!
