These are super easy to prepare and taste delicious. This time around we took the Chicken Fajitas and made them into quesadillas! Even though it states a meal for two, we were able to feed all four of us, by making it a complete meal. I lightly buttered some tortilla wraps and threw them into a fry pan. I then added rice, cheese and the chicken fajitas. Flip a couple times and you get the lightly brown toasting. Add re-fried beans, chips and guac, etc. for a complete meal! The Chicken Faitas are full of season ed chicken and fresh roasted onions and bell peppers. They come together in a sizzling medley of flavor. You will have a great Mexican meal at home in a matter of minutes without leaving the house!

Many times frozen meals are made for convenience and not necessarily the taste. That is not the case with these! We have not been disappointed with these entrees!
