  2. BAKE IT – Arrange chicken on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 20 -25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

 These are so easy to make and taste great!  My 8 year old daughter helped in the kitchen to make these for dinner and it was easy enough for her to follow the instructions (an adult cut the meat and placed/removed chicken from oven).  You get that hint of French's onion combined with a crunchy coating and delectable sauce.  I admit it, I have tried sweet and sauces at home and not found anything we liked as a family.  This is by far the best sweet and sour chicken we have ever made at home and even my pickiest eater ate it!
