@Cavs 2nd Annual EveryFan Night #AllForOne #Ohio @TheQArena #HappyinCle

Do you know that local community member that constantly goes above and beyond, yet never fully receives the recognition they deserve? Well, the Cleveland Cavaliers are searching for that local “EveryFAN” – a local unsung hero, to honor at an upcoming game for their involvement in making Cleveland great.

Fans are asked to nominate someone they feel deserves the special recognition! We know that your blog reaches an incredible community of readers that would be touched by an opportunity like this. We’d love for you to help us spread the word! The nomination period ends this Monday, February 10th, at noon, and full details can be found at www.cavs.com/everyfan.  The will be announced at the 2nd annual EveryFAN Night presented by Bud Light on Sunday, February 23rd at 6 PM as the Cavs face the Washington Wizards.

This is last year’s winner Greg Kenepp (center), getting surprised with the honor at his office by family, friends, and help from Cavs’ in-arena host Ahmaad Crump, Cavalier Girls, and Scream Team!

Last year's winner was Greg Kenepp, who serves as patrolman and training officer for the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department.   Just some of his efforts in the Cuyahoga Falls community are:
  • Protecting the community as an officer with the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department for more than 20 years
  • Working with local students as head of the D.A.R.E. program
  • Spreading holiday cheer by playing the role of Santa Claus at local children’s hospitals
  • Actively leading the Akron Children’s Hospital “Doggie Brigade,” a volunteer program which brings trained therapy dogs into hospitals to visit with patients
  • Coached youth community baseball for nearly 10 years
We applaud Greg Kenepp for his service and look forward to finding out who this years winner will be.  So don't delay and nominate someone today!
