Giant Eagle’s @MarketDistrict Grand Opening in Green, OH @GiantEagle @mdgreenohio #MDGreen

Calling all Ohio foodies, you will be excited to learn of the new Giant Eagle Market District store in Green, Ohio.   This was my first experience with a Market District store and I was in awe!  Market District offers all the great products and services you know and love with Giant Eagle plus culinary, dining and shopping experience unlike any other!  You can  explore amazing food from around the world, get expert advice from their Market District Team Members, watch live cooking demonstrations and sample some amazing food!

I was invited by Giant Eagle to tour the Market District in Green  for their grand opening and was greeted by friendly staff and had a fantastic tour by Chef Ben D’Amico with other Ohio bloggers!  Just looking at the above photo you can see the huge produce department, Asian center, cheese department, deli, and so much more.  I am a  produce girl and was shocked at  all the different produce from all over the world. I was even introduced to Buddha’s hand, which is perfect for zesting!

Take a few steps towards the back of the store and get hit with memories from the vintage candy station!  But the drooling does not stop there, they have fudge, cotton candy, caramel corn, pastries, bread and so many other yummy treats!

 Step into the meat depart and check out exotic meats like duck, rabbit, rattlesnake, python, and wild boar.   They even offer restaurant-quality dry-aged Certified Angus Beef, fresh, all-natural, free-range lamb, all-natural steaks, roasts and ribs.  They have anything you could possibly imagine!  So if you are looking to switch up this Thanksgiving meal, then why not try a new and exotic meat!

Not only did I get to tour this amazing store, but I was able to met Chef Tyler Florence, it was they first time I was able to met a celebrity up close and who was "real".  He talked to us bloggers, gave us tips and was super friendly... not to mention pretty darn cute in person.

After the tour, I of course had to go shopping and just walked the aisles!  I could of spent hours there!  I think you could go back and see something new each time!  Just check out some of the groceries:
