Strawberry Poppyseed Salad Recipe


This is perfect for the summer!   Strawberry Poppyseed Salad  Recipe:

Makes 2 Salads:
Romaine Lettuce chopped
Slice strawberries - 1 cup
Fresh Blueberries 1 cup
Mandarin Oranges 1 cup
Pineapple chunks in juice - 1 cup
Poppyseed salad dressing


Slice your strawberries in quarters, drain your mandarin oranges and pineapple chunks.Chop your lettuce and then mix the above ingredients and create a pretty, colorful, yummy salad!

I prefer the Panera lemon poppyseed salad dressing, but any will due!
Top with a fat-free poppyseed dressing

  1. Poppyseed Dressing is my favorite and it looks delicious over the fruit. I've never thought of putting it on fruit but I'll be sure to try it. Thanks for sharing.

  2. I have never had Poppyseed dressing before, so I am not sure what it tastes like but the salad looks awesome. It is so hot here and that looks so refreshing!
