Shocking, I know....but I have never been to a professional football game! So on Saturday night, we went as a family to the Cleveland Gladiators Arena Football Game!   My hubby had been before with his buddies, but this was a first for the kids and I.  We were greeted by the Gladiator Goddesses and my son was in heaven!  He met all but 3 of them and got their autograph!

Once game time rolled around, I was not sure what to expect as the only football I normally watch is on the TV!    Arena football was amazing!  It was way less aggressive and amazing to watch how they let the ball bounce off the net, they dive over the barricade to catch it, etc.  I was in awe, when I saw a tackle in the end zone and player tipped over the barricade and the you saw the arm come up with the ball in hand and it was a touch down.  The times when it was a time out/half time, etc.  you were entertained by the Goddesses, silly games and an overall great time.    For my first pro-football experience it was great and we are already looking forward to going back again as a family!

Experience football that is affordable, accessible and a little less aggressive than taking your family to a local NFL game. Also, at EVERY Cavs, Lake Erie Monsters and Cleveland Gladiators game they offer free face painting, hair painting and sign making for kids and families. Make it a family fun night!

With games going until the end of July, take the family out for an enjoyable night with the Gladiators!
