The Rescuers is one of those classic Disney movies that we just don't see often enough and I am so glad this was released today on Blu-Ray.  It focuses on two adorable and likeable characters Bernard & Bianca, a young orphan girl named Penny and an evil villain named Madam Medus. The story starts with the kidnapping of young orphaned Penny. When the authorites give up on finding her  the Rescue-Aid Society takes over and the store evolves from there!   I know my kids were not familiar with either Rescuers movies, so this was the perfect time to introduce them to these classic movies!

The Rescuers Down Under is an adorable sequel!  Once again Bernard & Bianca are tasked to save a kidnapped child! A great movie of friendship, adventure, loyalty and bravery.  A "lost" or "forgotten" Disney movie in my book that needs to be  shown more often!
