Hallmark's Text Bands a fun way to text for kids! #Giveaway #textbands @HallmarkPR

Do your kids wish they could text like the big kids?  Well Hallmark is making it fun, easy and safe for your kids to “text” without a cell phone with Text Bands! Text Bands allow kids to send text messages from wristband to wristband, expressing themselves and spreading encouragement in a fun, new way. How? Kids enter up to 10 characters into the screen on the band and bump fists or shake hands to pass the message. The bands light up and the messages transfer from band to band.

When I was in NYC for BlogHer12, I was fortunate to be invited to a Hallmark Holiday Preview Event and there are a lot of super cool items coming out soon.  One item I was able to view and play with was the Text Bands. I remember the fun plastic kid watches of my childhood that would flip open to reveal the time.  I still think of those watches.   I can see Text Bands making the same memories in my kids. They will be giggling and fist bumping all the time!  I can not wait to sneak a message like "I Love U" on it and see the reaction!

There are also some super cute style bands! Change your style with your mood! They had a variety of styles, colors, and characters for both boys and girls ( like  Star Wars & Minnie Mouse!)
