Drivers, prepare to buckle up! The Adventures of Chuck & Friends: Friends To The Finish will arrive on DVD on February 14, 2012, from Shout! Factory in collaboration with Hasbro, Inc. Featuring 10 exhilarating episodes, The Adventures of Chuck & Friends also touts a color-your-own-cover activity.
Follow CHUCK THE DUMP TRUCK character and his incredible cast of friends in this delightfully fast-paced, song-filled, high-energy series for preschoolers. Every visitor to the truck stop where CHUCK lives fuels his exciting fantasies, and he enlists his pals DIGGER, BOOMER, ROWDY, SOKU, BIGGS and HANDY to turn those fantasies into reality.
The Adventures of Chuck & Friends series is currently airing on The Hub TV Network in the U.S. and on Treehouse in Canada.
We are lucky enough to catch this series on the Hub Network. So when my little man saw the DVD come in the mail, he was immediately excited to see the film! If you are not familiar with Chuck and Friends, it is a show about a dump truck named Chuck and his adventures with his friends.
The Adventure of Chuck and Friends teaches kids how to be a good friend and other valuable lessons. This is a great DVD as kids can watch and learn as Chuck learns to overcome obstacles with his friends and family. This is a favorite DVD already in my house! Plus there are so many episodes, perfect to watch over time or have a movie night with them! My son (who is 4) loves Chuck and his 2nd favorite character is Digger. What little guy doesn't love digging in the dirt and Digger does just that! If he had to pick one favorite episode it would be "Game On". It teaches the kids that outdoor play is important as well as playing together. My son is not old enough to play video games but loved this episode. The jist is the boys must play with each other after their video game breaks.
