Frugal garlic bread!

Spaghetti is a super frugal meal.  There seems to always be coupons for sauce and noodles, while garlic bread coupons are few and far between.  So when you head to the store, garlic bread, loaves, etc.  are usually starting at $2.99!   Well here is a frugal way to make semi-homemade garlic bread.

We never use an entire pack of hot dog buns, so we freeze the remaining buns.  Come spaghetti night take out a couple of buns and let them defrost.   Melt some butter with some minced garlic, fresh garlic of garlic powder.   Brush the butter on the buns and the sprinkle on some mozzarella cheese.  Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted!   Serve with dinner!
