According to their Facebook page: Plum District Hi everyone - Due to the overwhelming traffic on our site, our servers are overloaded and trying to catch up with the activity from the Target Reward. Please stay tuned as we are working hard to solve the problem. If you have referred friends and they have connected through Facebook you will still earn your Reward.
Just make sure you confirmed after you signed up...you should of got an email from Plum District to confirm your account. You can also log into your Plum District account and check your referrals. You will not get your gift card unless at least three people signed up and confirmed their account.
Previous Plum District rewards worked so much easier. Sorry about it :-(
