Cinnamon Sugar Crispies

This is super easy to make and tastes like a homemade elephant ear.  I grew up with my mom making these for the holidays.  My family loves them too.  I just made a batch for us to munch on while on the road tomorrow!

Pie Crust ( I use Pillsbury Pie Crust or you could make your own!)
Melted Butter

  • Cut access pie crust into small squares
  • Brush on melted butter
  • Sprinkle on the cinnamon/sugar combo
  • Put in oven and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees ( I use a silicone liner for easy clean up)
