Yum Yum Dishes review

Tracy Adler created Yum Yum Dishes when she realized she was snacking too much following the birth of her second child. After a few weeks of divvying out snacks in pre-measured portions, she not only taught her first son, Elliot, about healthy eating, but managed to get back in her pre-pregnancy jeans ahead of schedule! Her Yum Yum Dishes are a big hit at just four ounces a piece.

At first site these bowls are small and one would not think that you could possibly only eat a portion that small.  But that is the point!   You shouldn't be eating a large amount of snacks, just enough that your craving is controlled.  Yeah, 4 ounces just doesn’t seem like a lot, but in reality, it’s a good amount of food to snack on.

The Yum Yum dish would make a nice gift for someone who is concerned about their weight or someone who plans on getting fit and trim as their New Years’s resolution. Why not pair it in a gift basket with healthy food alternatives!Yum Yum dishes available in four different colors. A set of four dishes cost $22.00 ($5.50 per dish).
