Packed with inspiration and how-tos for ideas that are family-friendly and eco-conscious, festive and meaningful, A Homemade Christmas will put homemade back into your holidays!

My thoughts:
There are a variety of cool ideas like weaving a wreath, creatively wrapping gifts, making  bread, etc. It also promotes  good old fashioned ideas like caroling, volunteering and reading holiday stories together with family.  We are personally excited to make the snow globes this year!  As a mom of two kids I am always looking for some fun projects to do with the kids.  There are a number of ideas I am looking forward to trying!  I do wish the book had some more colored glossy pics to help you get excited about the crafts and know what you are making ahead of time.  It is a nice book for crafters!
