We love tacos!  We make some variation of tacos at least 2x a month! We will make tacos, taco pile up, a taco bake, you name it!   So I was super excited when I was contacted to tell you about this great pairing!  We tried something a little different!   I took Gorton's Crunchy Fish Tenders and Ortega soft taco Shells and make mini taco quesadillas! I baked the Fish and then shredded the fish fillets.  I layered shredded cheese, tomatoes and the shredded fish on top of a soft taco and then added another one to the top.  Place in the oven and baked until heated and crunchy!  Served with some sour cream and salsa!   Can you say YUM???
