We bought one of these thermometers  and love it.  Our daughter had a number of ear infections and with that she would get a temperature.   I was tired of the wiggling and trying to get the under the arm  thermometer to stay put.  It was perfect, no more waiting for the under the arm one to read while you miserable child was trying to stay still. A quick swipe across the forehead and in 2 seconds you have your answer!     This thermometer is well worth the price!
