Will not be posting for a week...

I am sorry for the lack of posts the last few days.   My son turns 3 tomorrow, so we celebrated his birthday today!   It feels like he was just born!   We are leaving for Mexico late tomorrow/early Monday to celebrate our 10 year Wedding Anniversary!   We will not be taking the laptop as it costs to use internet at our resort.   So I encourage you to visit any of the FABULOUS blogs I have in my blog roll, they are a great group of ladies who keep up to date with the deals!

Don't worry, I will be using my saving techniques while in Mexico as well.   We always take the Collectevos--a van with buckets usually to sit on for $2 each way when we are sight seeing!  We never do any of the group excursions, instead we go out on our own... usually to discover Mayan Ruins! Only costs a couple of bucks to see a ruin!  We have been to Tulum and Coba, this year we are going to a not often visited ruin called Muyil, deep in the jungles of Mexico!

Here is a picture from when we went to Coba, yes we were crazy enough to climb to the top.  All we had was a ratty rope, alas I was so scared by the time I got to the top and looked over so I came down on my hiney.
