Pick a Free Audio Book From Amazon

Summer reading takes on a whole new meaning when you’re simply picking a title to play on your iPod. And through July 2 you can do it one better with today’s redplum.com SweetFind: a no-cost audio book courtesy of Amazon.

You’ll choose from a list of books, and then decide if you want to listen on your MP3 player, your phone or on a CD. Your choices include both beach reads (“Something Borrowed” by Emily Giffin, “My Horizontal Life” by Chelsea Handler) and redeeming-value reads (“The Good Earth,” “The Great Gatsby”…). We’re going the beach read route, we think. (Ain't no shame in it...)

The book really is free, and the only extra step is that you will need to download a piece of software, but for us that part took about four seconds. Head to the free audio book section of Amazon's audible.com to get started
