Free Jennie-O Turkey Product (up to $5)

The first 25,000 to register at Jennie-O's WellnessDaily site get a free Jennie-O Turkey Store product (up to $5.00 value) in the form of a rebate.  They are offering the free turkey to celebrate the launching of WellnessDaily as a health and wellnesss resource.  When you register you have the option to subscribe to the Wellness Buzz enewsletter.  After you register there is an optional survey to complete.   

Remember to login after you register so you can print your personalized rebate form (it's under "Coupons & Offers").  You need to fill out your information before you can print a personalized rebate form.  Your rebate purchase needs to be made between Feb. 8 and May 31.  You need to mail in your form, original receipt, and product UPC proof of purchase to get your rebate in 6 to 8 weeks.
